The River

The river Ii inspired the children of the biennale 2008 as they created a whole-room installation artwork to the library of the village reaching from inside via windows and balcony all the way down to the deep blue waters. Directed by the home artists Helena Kaikkonen, Sanna Koivisto and Antti Ylönen the project was supported by the local trust of the Finnish Cultural Foundation.
